Welcome to In His Image Radio, a ministry of In HIS Image Movement Ministries ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website, mobile app, and streaming services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, listening to a stream, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Ministry & Our Content

In His Image Radio provides gospel, praise, and worship audio streams, live broadcasts, devotionals, Scripture, and community features. Content is offered for personal, non-commercial, worship and edification purposes. Some streams are provided by third-party stations and are subject to their own rights and availability.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to be at least 13 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your country).

4. Acceptable Use

When using chat, song requests, prayer requests, comments, and events, you agree not to post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, obscene, spam, or that infringes the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms, in keeping with a spirit of Christian love and respect.

5. Prayer Requests & Community Posts

Prayer requests you mark as private are shared only with our prayer team. Posts you choose to share publicly (e.g., on the Prayer Wall or event comments) may be visible to other members. Do not share sensitive personal information you would not want others to see.

6. Donations & Advertising

Voluntary gifts made through the Service support the ministry. Advertising ("spots") is subject to our review and approval. Payments are processed by third-party providers; we do not store your full card details.

7. Intellectual Property

Music, sermons, and other media remain the property of their respective owners. You may not record, redistribute, or resell streamed content without permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." Streams may be interrupted or unavailable. Spiritual content is offered for encouragement and is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the ministry shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
